Class 4. Corporate Information


The Cotswold and Vale Primary Care Trust routinely publish a large amount of information.

Documents that the Trust routinely publishes include the Annual Report; the Annual Report of the Director of Public Health; the Health and Commissioning Strategy; the Local Delivery Plan; Trust Board public agendas, minutes and papers and Trust Board Sub-committee minutes and reports to the Board; Professional Executive Committee agendas, minutes and papers; strategies, policies and procedures, such as Risk Management, Complaints and Public Involvement.

In addition the Trust publishes a staff newsletter, 'The View' and 'Your Guide to Local Health Services', also known as The Patients Prospectus, setting out details about local services and the Trust.
