Cotswold & Vale Patient and Public Involvement in Health Forum will be holding a meeting in public on 10th November. The forum would welcome members of the public and representatives from community and voluntary organisations to attend their meeting to raise any concerns they may have about local health and environmental issues.

Workplan issues which will be discussed at the meeting are: disabled access to community hospitals, lack of NHS dental services and engaging and empowering the community. Have you tried to contact your GP outside normal working hours? Has this new service been satisfactory? Senior managers from Cotswold & Vale PCT will be at the meeting to answer any questions about this change in service. What are the services that the local population wants from their Primary Care Trust? Please use this opportunity to bring concerns to the attention of the forum.
