Executive Committee
The Professional Executive Committee is responsible for formulating policy and investment plans and oversees the development and the day to day working of the PCT. It will be the 'engine room' of the Primary Care Trust.
In addition, the Executive Committee will include the Chief Executive, Director of Finance and Director of Public Health.
Additional members can be invited onto the PCT Board and the Executive Committee,and the Cotswold and Vale PCT will support this to help shape and implement policy.
The Director of Public Health will lead a small team of Public Health and Health Promotion Specialists providing advice and support for the protection, promotion and improvement of the health of the PCT area population.
